Microbase organized a team-building event at Quest Adventure Camp Teresa Rizal to reinforce its principles among its members. The event aimed to help team members bond with each other outside of the work environment while learning valuable skills that could be applied back in the office setting. Participants engaged in various activities designed specifically for team-building purposes, such as trust exercises and problem-solving challenges that required cooperation among team members. Through these activities, Microbase members were able to strengthen their interpersonal relationships, develop a deeper understanding of each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and work towards common goals as an integrated unit. This approach was a departure from working independently towards individual objectives alone without regard for others’ needs or contributions towards the overall success of the organization. Such a collaborative approach is essential for any organization’s growth or progression towards achieving its objectives successfully over time with sustained results.
