Job Description
The marketing assistant role is key to helping a marketing department run smoothly and effectively. Individuals applying for this role should have demonstrated the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and independently.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Help facilitate events such as seminars or sales training.
- Help execute and monitor marketing campaigns such as email marketing, telemarketing, and social media marketing.
- Create reports on marketing performance.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing with good scholastic records
- With or without experience
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Have an excellent Photoshop skill or any photo editing/video software such as CANVA, or Filmora.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & and PowerPoint.
- Being knowledgeable in digital marketing is a plus.
