Job Description
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant is responsible for overall front desk activities including management of the reception area, meeting areas, customer service, and incoming calls. Assist and help the sales and marketing team with clerical/administrative paperwork such as bidding, accreditation, and other documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to customers and vendors/principals.
- Greeting guests and observing the front door/guest protocols.
- Oversees the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
- Coordinates the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, scanner, etc.
- Help with room booking for the sales and marketing meetings scheduled.
- Assist/and help the office sales assistant (OSA) and Account Managers in bidding and accreditation and other docs for printing.
- Assist and help the Marketing team in other marketing activities.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in management, office administration, or marketing with good scholastic records
- With or without experience
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
