Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Admin Manager, the position is responsible for assisting, implementing and maintaining the information technology system and network infrastructure of the organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
Admin Technical Support
- Engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational.
- Evaluate the current system and give technical guidance to support the organization.
- Monitoring and maintenance of security system in place to ensure organization’s security.
- Implementing the best practice for system security and data back-ups.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolving issues with a company’s system and network.
- Ensuring the Security and integrity of computer systems and networks within the organization.
- Administering infrastructure and providing user Support.
- Handling, monitoring, troubleshooting and Maintaining of System software such as Microsoft 365, Sophos Firewall etc.
- Securing and Filtering of Incoming and Outgoing Emails.
- Monitoring and providing support for Ticketing System, Active Directory, CCTV and PABX.
Others:
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Board of Directors.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related course. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Good communication skills, both in oral & written English.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive to details and have good listening skills.
